Social media marketing

Social media marketing, run end to end.

Strategy, creative, media buying, the pages the traffic lands on, and the reporting that tells you what it was worth. One team, one line of accountability.

How we work

The first month follows the same sequence every time.

  1. 1

    First conversation

We look at what you are running now, what you have already tried, and what the business needs the channel to do. If we are not the right fit, we say so on that call.

  2. 2

    Audit and plan

We go through the accounts, the tracking, and the pages. You get a written plan: what we would change, in what order, and what we expect each change to move.

  3. 3

    Build

Account structure, tracking, first creative, first pages. We rebuild rather than patch when the foundation will not hold.

  4. 4

    First thirty days

Campaigns go live and we manage them daily. At the end of the first month you get a full read on what happened and a plan for the next one.

The team

The people who would actually run it.

Small on purpose. The person you meet on the first call is the person managing the account.

In their words

What clients say when we are not in the room.

They rebuilt the account in the first month rather than tinkering with what was there. It was uncomfortable to watch and it was the right call. We could read the reporting for the first time.
Operations director A home furnishings retailer
The thing that changed was creative volume. We went from two concepts a quarter to enough work that nothing had time to fatigue, and the cost per acquisition finally stopped drifting upwards.
Marketing lead A subscription food brand
They told us in the first call that half our tracking was wrong and that they would not quote until it was fixed. Nobody else had mentioned it. That set the tone for the whole engagement.
Managing director A specialist equipment supplier

Who we work with

Established businesses that already sell something people buy.

It matters less what the business sells than whether the offer holds up. We work across business-to-consumer and business-to-business, and across both fast and considered purchase cycles.

What we are not is an extra pair of hands on a plan someone else wrote. We take the channel on properly or we leave it alone.

  • A product or service with proven demand
  • A budget that can absorb a testing period
  • Someone internally who can make a decision
  • A willingness to change the page, not just the ad

The other side of it

What we do not take on

  • Businesses with no media budget. The work does not start until there is spend to manage.
  • Accounts we cannot measure. If we cannot see what happens after the click, we cannot be held to it.
  • Follower growth as the objective on its own. We are not a content agency and we do not sell reach by itself.
  • Month-to-month trials. The first month is largely setup, and a fair read takes longer than that.
  • Categories that cannot be advertised within platform policy.

Questions

The things worth asking before a first call.

How are engagements structured?

A monthly fee for the work, separate from your media spend. The fee is set by scope: which of the four lines of work are running, how many campaigns and platforms are live, and how much creative is produced each month. Media is paid by you directly to the platforms, so the accounts and the billing stay in your name.

How long is the contract?

An initial term long enough to cover setup and produce a fair first read, then month to month with notice on either side. We do not use long lock-ins. If the work stops being worth the fee, you should be able to end it without a negotiation.

What happens in the first month?

Audit, plan, build, launch. The first half is mostly access, tracking, and structure. Campaigns go live in the second half and we manage them daily from that point. You get a written read at the end of the month and a plan for the next one.

What does a business need in place before starting?

Something proven to sell, a media budget you are comfortable spending across a full quarter, admin access to your ad accounts and analytics, and one person on your side who can approve creative and answer questions. If tracking is broken or missing, fixing it is part of the build rather than a prerequisite.

How does reporting work?

A written report each month and a call to go through it. It covers what was spent, what came back, what changed during the month, and what we are doing next. You also get a live dashboard for the figures you want to check between reports. Everything is written in plain language, not assembled from platform screenshots.

Next step

Tell us what you are running now.

We will tell you what we would change, and whether it is worth doing together.
